One In An ARMY is extremely proud to announce the results of our November 2021 flash campaign, Accessibility With ARMY, benefiting The Learning Center for the Deaf!
The mission of The Learning Center for the Deaf, which is a non-profit, non-political, and non-sectarian association, located in Baabda-Brasilia, Lebanon, is to provide quality programs to respond to the urgent needs of deaf persons in Lebanon, with emphasis on education, in its broad meaning, as a tool for change and advancement of the deaf community. The team (management and teachers) fervently believes in the empowerment of the Deaf in general, including the family of the deaf person, and reaches out to the world of the hearing with information that helps spread awareness about deafness and how to deal with the deaf.
For this campaign 92+ ARMY raised $2,184! This helped fund their Early Intervention program and kept schools open for learners of all ages!
Our friends at The Learning Center for the Deaf have sent a letter to BTS and Big Hit to let them know about how much ARMY helped this month.
ARMY were also invited to join us for the bonus mission, Permission to Play: a virtual escape room set in a museum designed bring more awareness to accessibility for people with disabilities.
Try Permission to Play for yourself!
Thanks for making this a November to remember, ARMY!
