One In An ARMY is extremely proud to announce the results of our July 2021 campaign, Purple Ocean Defenders, benefiting Ocean Defenders Alliance in honour of ARMYs' birthday!

Ocean Defenders Alliance works to clean and protect marine ecosystems through documentation, education, and meaningful action. Working with affected communities, they focus primarily on the reduction and removal of man-made debris which poses serious threats to ocean wildlife and habitats.

In the month of July ARMY raised $12,500! This helped Ocean Defenders Alliance to launch a massive, multi-year clean-up in Kaneohe Harbour in Hawaii, haul hundreds of pounds of trash out of the ocean, and free over 40 lobsters from illegal traps!

Our friends at Ocean Defenders Alliance have sent a letter to BTS and Big Hit to let them know about how much ARMY helped this month. GMA Network also did a segment on the incredible work ARMY have done with Ocean Defenders Alliance.
