One In An ARMY is extremely proud to announce the results of our February 2022 flash campaign, What HOPE Can Do, benefiting What Dance Can Do in honour of Hoseok's birthday!
What Dance Can Do New Zealand started as a pilot project during COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020. Driven by the belief that dance and dance education are useful tools in assisting children with their growth, learning and development, they aim to build effective programmes and hope to make dance and dance education accessible to children of all ages and backgrounds. They also believes dance is a tool to bridging gaps. They actively encourage the sharing of dance techniques and styles from different cultures and identity through dance workshops and performances.
For this campaign 624 ARMY raised $16,167 USD! This helped fund more than 75% of Project Alice: a new project that helps 85 children participate in weekly workshops during the 2022-2023 school year!
But that's not all! The bonus mission, Hearts of Hope, encouraged ARMY to spread some love by making heart cards for people who supported them in their lives.
ARMY came through and made some beautiful hearts for people!
Thank you ARMY for making Hoseok's birthday a celebration of love and support!
